Last weekend I went into the PETsMART in Amherst near Buffalo looking to upgrade my dogs food..so the first ingredient isn't corn! These things are great if you have a hotswap drive cradle and swap out drives a lot. Or if you just have lots of HDDs sitting around. Has anyone every rented a residence to the U. S. Army Corp. of Engineers? We rented a house to a military family for 8 years. There was no security deposit but the lease states they will restore any damage to original condition. If you did do business with them, do you know what they call normal wear and tear and how long does it take to settle. Two people came and did an exit inspection but did not provide us with any information. It was their first inspection. The house was newly redecorated when rented to them and now needs a total paint job because it looks like the tenants burned candles and there are black marks on all the walls. The painter who gave us an estimate said it was the worst job he ever quoted. There are various other issues. We are losing rent while we wait because we cannot show it as it is. Would appreciate sharing your experience if you ever rented to the government. Thanks.
